Chapter 77: Collapsing Hands of the Sinful Paragon

Wielding spears, halberds and shields, the twelve white armored giants bolted at the Guardian, aligning in a battle formation. Eight led the charge, driving spears and cleaving halberds at the Guardian while, at their back, the remaining four turned their weapons into bows, firing a barrage of pole-sized arrows at the Guardian.

"Insignificant effort," unimpressed, the Guardian said, then clawed at the air, causing a blast of silver flames to gush forth and set the 12 giants ablaze. The arrows turned into ashes. But as the giants' armors melted under the Karmic Flames, silver light took shape around them, surrounding them in a protective sheen of karmic energies. The Guardian didn't care, and with a scornful look, clenched his right fist.

Silver clouds formed above the giants, firing blasts upon blasts of karmic lightning bolts. The combination of fire and lightning blasted through the protective energies, obliterating the 12 giants instantly.
