Ivy went back to the castle and found her maid Steffannee Santiago Binaro standing by the door of her father's room. Ivy went on to rule the kingdom of Enarol as King Rick's heir. Ivy didn't marry anyone after the battle. Venice went on to travel to new lands as she felt uncomfortable being so near to Ivy in Enarol. She also didn't marry nor have any children after the battle. This officially ended the reign of God's Envoys.
"'Twas a horrible day. I am but a humble servant of the King and Queen of Enarol. I've watched Princess Ivy grow up -- from a sweet child to a beautiful woman. I was friends with her, to say the least. Princess Ivy was kind enough to introduce me to Venice. After the battle, I served as a private messenger between the two. I asked both of them for everything they wanted to share with me, and luckily, they were happy to share everything regarding the battle with me. As time lives on, I hope this bittersweet story I wrote about them lives on for generations to come."

Halloooooooo!
If you're reading this... I'm guessing you've read the whole story, right?
In one of the group conversations I'm part of, someone said that two of the members looked alike and challenged Jameel to write an essay or a story about it. (Of course, these two are Ivy and Venice.) Jameel invited me, and I agreed. Since this is just a short story, I am sorry that this is the end...
But don't worry! Maaaaybe a day or two from this chapter's release date, we'll publish a prequel to this one. We just finished it like a day ago. The prequel follows the full in-depth story of this story's major villain, Jed. Well... I'm not really sure if it will be something you'd call a "full" in-depth story but it will remain to be seen that Jed is the main protagonist. It's a tad bit longer than this one but it's still a short story since it barely scratches near 6000 words.
We're also planning an Author's Voice version of both stories. But it will probably be my voice only (Ralph) since Jameel... well, let's just say: he doesn't want to reveal his voice. And don't expect anything high-tier for the audiobook since you're going to be hearing a teen's voice and not an old man's.
That's it for the announcements I wanna make. Thaaaaaaaaank you very much for taking the time to read this story! ~ Ralph
