Hearing the cries of agony echoing around her, Stella grabbed her head in pain.

"Please… Make it stop… I… I can't…"

"Stella… Help me…"

Among the chorus of wails, Stella heard a familiar voice that stood out to her among the other hundreds.

Turning to the voice, Stella's face froze in terror.

"L-Lucian?...Lucian!"

While she called him as such, the boy was but a ghastly shell of the person she called her fiance.

Instead of his usual playful countenance, the Lucian that stood before her was no less than a horribly mutilated corpse.

His handsome face was ripped and shredded to the point where even Stella could not recognize any semblance of the Lucian she remembered.

However, she knew… Somewhere deep inside that this really was Lucian… Her Lucian.
