Chapter 24: Sam Meets The Opponent (Chapter 24)

The next morning, Nic was awake. Nic went to bathe, prepared his bag for school. He had forgotten about Sam... Nic walks into the dining hall.

Joe was there at the dining table.

“Good Morning!” Nic greets Joe.

“Morning Nic!”

“Today, I will send you to school after breakfast but I won't be able to pick you up as I have an evening meeting tonight. This is the money for today's meals and transportation plus yesterday's afternoon meal.”

Nic counts the money, “Wow it's a bit too much!” (It's $500)

Joe says, “You can keep the extra money, consider it as saving for you.”

Nic says, “Okay, thank you.”

After they eat breakfast, Joe sends Nic to school.

Joe went to the office to do his work.

Nic walks to the school canteen as he feels thirsty for a drink. He orders the water bottle so he can keep drinking the whole day. (Our second actor is good for wise action, same as his brother.)

“Hey, Nic good morning!”

“Oh, Sam Morning!”
