After Victor's shadow disappeared.

Fury – Anyone here knows about the Asgardians?

Tony – I think I know a person who has contact with an Asgardian.

Fury – You mean Victor.

Tony – Yes, he was there in Mexico when Thor came to earth after he got banished by his father.

Steve – What he was doing there?

Tony – Victor went there to represent his company in a research project of Dr. Erik. Thor stayed with the research team for a week. So, we ask him about Thor's character.

Victor – Oh, Asgardians used to do war with other species but they stopped it for an unknown reason. Thor is the elder son of Odin, the next heir to Asgard's throne. But Loki tried to disrupt peace in that realm thus Asgard treat him as a betrayer now. Thor may come to find Loki. Don't think Loki is simple he is a tricker. He is a trickster, he is as strong as a god.

Fury – But from what I know he was captured by the Avengers team.

Victor – So you should be more careful. He is planning something by surrendering to your team. Careful in dealing with him. Also, don't allow any of the people near the mind stone, it can control others. It can manipulate the mind while arousing negative feelings like anger, hatred, and regrets. I heard you have Bruce in your team, don't allow him near it. He can't even control his power he will lose the mind near the mind stone.

Fury was surprised by the information known by Victor but still thanked him for the information.

Avengers teams were returning to Helicarrier after capturing Loki in Quinjet but Thor came and brought the Loki out of it. Tony followed him, started the fight with Thor. While Victor appeared in shadow form in front of the Loki.

Victor – Hello, Loki.

Loki – Who are you?

Victor – You are going to bring the Chitauri army to the earth right.

Loki – What that have to do with you?

Victor – Nothing I came to talk with you. You lost very easily to Thor in Asgard. A son who killed his father for Asgard.

Loki – Yes, I killed him. So, what?

Victor – Nothing, It was a pity he lived like a slave for his son's safety but his son betrayed and backstab him. Just like Thanos who killed his father who protected him from his mother.

Loki – I only did this for Asgard. But my father never trusts me and still gave his throne to Thor.

Victor – Loki, you are wrong. Thor was worthy because he can stronger than Odin himself. But do you think Odin only has Thor as his heir? No, you are wrong about it. Odin saw someone in you that why he never supported you. If you wanted to rule Asgard you should have the power to kill his first child but you don't have this power, but Thor has. If you think Odin is simple as what he seems, you are wrong. He is more calculative than you. But here you betrayed your mother's trust for you. She still loves you as her son. Don't forget that. Oh! It is time to leave.

With saying that Victor disappeared, leaving behind the confused Loki.

Captain America intervenes in the fight between Thor and Tony while stopping the fight. Then, returned to the Helicarrier

They locked the Loki in the prison built for the Hulk.

Before the avengers were completely manipulated by the mind stone, Fury came and locked it.

Fury – Are you guys insane? You could have awakened the Hulk with this Scepter? This was left here by Loki to awaken problems in your team. He almost succeeded. This mind stone can manipulate your mind and increase your negative emotion if Loki wants.

Fury – You guys are lucky that Victor warned me regarding the Loki and mind stone.

When Fury was explaining things the Helicarrier was attacked. While Thor moved towards Loki, only to end up Coulson getting stabbed. While Thor was locked in Hulk's prison and got ejected from the Helicarrier.

But Thor broke the Hulk's prison and came back to the Heli carrier.

Finally, Loki with his Scepter escaped with the help of Clint. But Clint got captured. While Bruce found the location of the space stone. It showed in New York. After stabilizing the Helicarrier Avengers and went towards New York's new Stark tower. But the portal was already opened. Chitauri started coming out.

While Tony got a message from Victor.

Victor – You guys focus on defending New York. I will attack their mothership on the other side of the portal with my army. Also, I have transferred your alien buster armor to the top of the Trident company in New York.

Tony was happy to finally able to use the alien buster armor he made in the Victor secret underground basement.

Tony moved towards one of the highest towers in New York, the Trident T-8 tower. There he saw a red-golden 2.3-meter-high armor. This armor has a plasma blade, energy shield, additional two backup 2nd gen Arc reactors, ability to travel in space, and other functions in the Mark-5 suit.

Sensing Tony, the entire armor opened for him. Tony entered the alien burster.

With that, the war between the avengers and the chitauri army started. Tony was more efficient to fight in short and long-range. While in the mothership on the other side of the portal.

Commander sent by the Thanos for Loki ordering the deployment of the Chitauri army to the earth. Suddenly, every weapon in the mothership started shooting towards a dark space like the other spaceships.
