"Besides, aren't you and senior Mr Lucas father and son? Working with him is also considered working with the Lucas family." Mr. Nathan justified himself.
He was just trying to find an excuse to make what he was doing reasonable.
"Mr. Nathan, to be honest," Michael sat himself down next to Mr. Nathan, "I am here about that contract today."
He had only just finished speaking when Mr. York brought the contract to them.
Michael put the contract down in front of Mr. Nathan and said, "If there are any terms you find unsatisfactory, we can change them."
"Well..." Mr. Nathan glanced at Anthony and answered, "The problem does not lie with the terms of the contract. To tell you the truth, your father is an old friend of my father's. He's already getting on in years and yet has come to personally discuss working together with me. I can't possibly reject him on account of his relationship with my father."
