Chapter 649: Memories

Wendy went upstairs and found Zen's room. The room door was slightly ajar, so she reached out her hand to push it open.

Zen was lying on the bed without any quilt over her. As Wendy walked over, she could see the injuries and wounds on Zen's body at a glance.

She had remembered that, earlier on, Christian had mentioned that Zen's injuries were caused by Michael's tortures.

Wendy frowned, her eyes full of concern. She stretched out her hand to lift Zen's shirt. The wounds hidden under her clothes were even more shocking.

"How did you get injured so badly... " she muttered to herself chokingly. Her vision became blurry in an instant.

She did not have much of an impression on Michael Lucas. Christian had told her that he was a ruthless drug lord. And that was the only thing she had known about him.

"Zen... " Wendy whispered her name. She was feeling confused and wanted to see if she could wake Zen up.
