Chapter 118: Chapter 118 : Asking for recommendation

Another change that happened was my classmate's gaze at me. 

After my last fight with Halley, no one dared to mess with my things anymore. It seemed my threat worked too well on them. They were so afraid I would curse them with bad luck for life; they didn't dare to provoke me anymore. I still heard their nasty curses at me sometimes, but at least their insult didn't inflict financial loss on me anymore. 

Among them, Halley was the one who underwent a major change. It felt like she was turning into another person altogether. Previously, she didn't hesitate to openly harass or insult me, but now she couldn't even meet me in the eyes without trembling anymore. Her friends would always give me contemptuous glares at me whenever I did as much as walking past them. Seeing me must have triggered some unpleasant memories in them. 

Honestly, I enjoyed this change very much. I could finally experience the taste of power, and it was a pretty satisfying feeling.
