He's Back

Jesse Grey, a well known boy who loves to play guitar. He's known best at his church as his family has attended and participated in as many events as needed. Jesse is the perfect boy in both parent's eyes. Great grades, great pathway to scholarships and most importantly... He's parents raised him by the books as a Catholic.. He follows the bible very carefully. That was... Until he met someone new in his church. Someone who changed his whole belief in a specific part of the bible that is frowned upon.

"Hey Jesse."

The boy known as Jesse looked up from his guitar as he was playing under a tree in the shade. Seeing a young black haired gal of the name Wendy smiling down at him with a kind smile.

"Oh, hi Wendy."

"Whatcha doing?" She asked while placing both hands behind her swaying back and forth.

"I'm just waiting for my folks to leave the church they are talking with the pastor about the next event."

"Oh yeah, the Christmas event. Are you going this year?"

"Well I have to my parents volunteer again this year."

'Well, will you be going with anyone?"

"Ehh, I don't know."

"Well I don't have anyone to go with either so maybe we can go... Together?"

Jesse looked over at the raven haired girl.

Clearing his throat he adjusted his strap on his guitar.

"Uhh.."

Jesse was stopped when he saw something moving in the corner of his peripheral vision. Glancing over he could see the boy that sat by him at the church. The quiet, keeps to himself, Craig Tucker.. He was smoking a cigarette while he was waiting for his parents who was inside as well.

"Jesse, are you okay?"

"Oh uhh yeah, I'm fine."

The woman glanced back. "I can't believe he's back. It's been two weeks since we last saw him."

Jesse seemed as if he was stuck in a trace from the one who came back today out of all days.

The raven boy felt eyes on him causing him to look up at Jesse. His face grew red as he looked back at Wendy.

"Uh yeah, it is crazy. Actually I uhh think I'll be participating in the band this year for the Christmas event."

"Oh my gosh! Are you going to sing too?" She shrieked in excitement.

"Yeah, that's the plan."

"Oh my gosh! I can't wait! Maybe after you can..."

She was cut off by obnoxious laughter coming from the sidewalk.

The two stole a glance as they saw Eric Cartman and his friends. However his friends weren't laughing.

"Look at the church lovers!! Where's your bibles at, you always carry them around like a purse, HA HA!"

"Shut up Cartman." Stan groaned as he went to the same church just a different time.

"Oh Stan, you don't have a say in this. You are just as much as a loser as these idiots, hell you even switched your schedule so you don't have to see Wen- oww!!!"

"Shut up Cartman!!" Kyle yelled out as he punch Cartman in the shoulder.

"You little Jewish bitch!"

A scuff was heard from Craig as he blew smoke toward Eric.

"You really think we want to be here? Don't you think some people forced us to be here?"

"Oh your mommy and daddy forced you to come? Is ol' Craig going soft on his parents? Maybe it's because they forced you to not leave the house for two weeks because you were a bad child!"

"Cartman..." Kenny muffled looking at Craig seeing fire spark.

"I bet they are telling the pastor all about how you fucked Tweek over and over until he couldn't feel his legs. Your such a sick pig to wanna fuck another man. There is not enough holy water to fix your sick problem, why don't you smoke another cigarette, maybe you'll die sooner than later. I sure to hell can imagine what your parents do to yo-"

Within a second Craig snapped as he kicked Cartman in the gut as hard as he could causing him to fall. Craig lost control as he punched several time in the face then held the cigarette up to Cartman's cheek. The few seconds of this action seemed at a steady flow. Eric's friends were frozen as they knew they intervened, they would get burned.

Jesse and Wendy stared in horror seeing Craig fiery angry is quite terrifying.

At that moment. Everyone's attention was drawn to the church doors as they opened. Craig's parents saw their son on top of Eric with a cigarette to his cheek. His father sparked in anger as he snapped while pointing at the car without a word.

Craig scuffed while flicking his cigarette on Cartman and getting off. He made his way to the car as he didn't seem at all fazed.

Jesse could feel the heavy atmosphere when the parents walked by.

"Jesse, honey."

Jesse looked back at the door seeing his parents walking toward him.

"Oh hi Wendy."

"Hi Mr. and Mrs. Grey, it's nice seeing you but I should get going. My parents are waiting for me in the car."

"Oh okay we will see you next Sunday."

She smiled while placing her hand on Jesse's arm.

"I'll see you tomorrow Jesse." She said while running to her parents vehicle.

"Ohh Jesse, you didn't tell us you asked out Wendy. It's about time."

Jesse blushed as he glanced at Wendy.

"I... Didn't ask her out."

"Oh but why not she's clearly interested."

"We are just friends."

"Oh? But why not more, is there someone else?"

Jesse stole a glance the car driving off that didn't belong to Wendy's.

'Yeah... There is someone else.' Jesse thought to himself.

"No, there's no one else."
