By 4:55 AM, she arrived at Il Mannos Gym. Few people were there already. She proceeded to the reception to register. The expansive gym was well-organized, with various sections and sleek equipment. The environment was calm and ambient.

She scanned the gym, expecting to see Xavier, but he didn't show up. The recommendation given to her was to focus on building core strength and endurance, crucial for the self-defense training she planned to undertake.
