Chapter 117: Unrest

"I just don't get it. Why would you matchmake them in the first place if you have the slightest intention to break them apart?" asked Bryce with his eyebrows furrowed and his head flinching back slightly.

He remembered how many times he questioned Harith's decision for pushing through with it. 

He knew for sure there were no romantic feelings between either of them, so what was his explanation for doing so? Of all people, he assumed Harith would want to avoid any possibility of history repeating itself with Sara. 

He looked on as he saw the black-haired man in a plain black shirt with its sleeve hang loosely above the elbow, covered his face with hands, and tears streaming aided by gravity. 

It was a bizarre reaction to see him this way. He wanted to walk away from the awkwardness of the situation. He could not deal with another grown-ass man crying. In fact, he could not deal with anyone that cries regardless of the age.
