Linda's POV

As I move closer, a thought comes to mind. 

What am I doing? If I do this there's no going back. Do I really want to ruin our friendship and possibly put him in danger?

What if Nikon kills him and there are so many guards around. What if they see us kissing and report to Nikon?

Oh God no! I can't do this. I can't let it happen. I just can't let anyone get hurt because of me. 

I move away to get away from his lips of temptation. But I seem to have moved farther than I was supposed to. So it's no surprise when I almost fall off the tree and scream like the hounds of hell are after me. 

But Luke catches hold of me just in time and I find myself buried in his chest, inhaling his cologne.
