Chapter 61: Exhausted

[Trinity's POV]

"Nothing seemed to faze you, huh?"

I opened one eye. "What do you mean?"

"Well . . . from knowing your secret to leaving the village you grow up to dealing with dangerous opponents. It seemed that nothing could stop you, no matter how bad the situation turned out. 

"You always look ahead and you never lost sight of your goals . . . sometimes I wondered if you're really just a young woman? It felt like you're older than your actual age . . . or are you using some kinds of a spell to hide your real appearance?" he grinned.

I closed my eyes. He's really perceptive for someone I thought was all looks. The more I got to know him, the more I was surprised that he was not who I thought he was.

A man full of surprises.
