Tribe of Teokess

Her smile was the sweetest. Her ability is the deadliest.

A decade ago, the emperor issued an imperial edict called Official Forsaken Territory as part of a war strategy. To divert enemies from attacking the imperial city, he abandoned certain land that he deemed valueless.

Teokess, the land of the harshest cold, was the only place written on it.

All Teokess citizens begged for protection and support on warfare but were slapped by dereliction and the emperor's edict.

However, 10 years later, as empires changed their rulers, Teokess mysteriously emerged and became an infamous tribe for two reasons.

One, its chief is but a lady dragon. Second, on its tribe gate entrance, a written word was posted: Alliance is to submit.
