Although everything that just happened to Serena would surely not let her sleep later when she gets home, the upcoming game, especially given its embarrassing consequences, provided for a leisureful distraction that she was able to lay all her fears, uncertainties, and qualms, momentarily forgotten. 

Anyhow, after reading the consequences and laughing about them, their team captain, Leonard, proceeded with discussing the player's position and who will be guarding who. 

"I see here that like what we arranged in our team, they have assigned the ladies in their team to play as player 1 and 4 respectively. Serena, since you're playing number 4, you will need to guard lady Cross who would be part of their team's main offensive. Lady Evans, you will…"

"Leonard, just call me Emily. Given our past, you should at least be calling me that by now." Emily interjected.
