Chapter 121: Chapter 121 | Hera

In the Olympian Throne room, on the highest platform were two Imperial thrones oozing with supreme authority.

These were the main seats meant for both the king and queen of all Olympian Gods.

Seated on the Queen's throne was a tall woman of unapproachable beauty and queenly grace.

She had long, black hair that fell to her small waist that was tightly hugged by an exquisite golden belt.

A golden crown adorned her head, further stressing her regality.

Her eyes were honey brown and motherly, anyone graced to look at them would find the need to spill all of their problems to her, but that could only be termed as a fool's dream.

Both her arms and legs were swathed in shiny ornamental accessories that made her look exotic.

The flowing white gown that she wore did nothing to hide her blessed body, especially her pair of milk jugs.

They were insanely huge, more like an H-Happy pair!

Were they like that because the name of its holder was Hera?

Yep, she was the same Hera you probably thinking about.

The Goddess of all familial relationships, Marriage, and, Motherhood.

The Queen of Olympus and faithful wife of the unfaithful moron of a king named Zeus!

Despite all her unmatched beauty, at present, she wasn't feeling happy.

Her mood was as sour as always.

Her faithless husband, once again, had started his reckless impregnation spree!

'Even after all that promising talk and whatnot last night, he still does not care about my feelings,' Hera thought with a bitter smile on her face.

It was a truly ironic situation that she, the goddess of marriage, had a multitude of problems in her own relationship!

Her marriage with Zeus was not perfect!

Perfection was something that she looked for in a happy family yet hers wasn't in the least aligned with that notion.

Quite a twist, right?

Her divinity and role as the Greek Goddess of familial relationships made her always remain faithful to her husband despite his lecherous tendencies.

But the damnable Zeus always took advantage of her faithful nature to indulge in infidelity!

'If only I was more powerful than him, I would have easily beat him into submission.' She clenched her hand tightly against the arm of the throne.

She then sighed and relaxed her hands, 'Then there is nothing I can do against him except...'

A sharp, deadly glint crossed her honey-brown eyes.

'Directing all my wrath and schemes onto the women he subdues as I have always done!'

Embers of hidden wrath flickered deep in her eyes.

Hera was so lost in her own thoughts that she didn't notice Zeus sneaking back into the palace and sitting on the kingly throne.

"My beautiful wife, why are you in a foul mood?"

"Your anger is almost tangible."

A nonchalant voice broke her from her stupor.

Hera restrained her inner thoughts and fixed her emotions to that of calm indifference.

'Tsk, what an annoying husband!'

She then cast a side glance at the blue-eyed Zeus and coldly responded, "It is none of your business!"

Zeus chose to be oblivious to his wife's wrath toward him.

He knew very well, he was the source of her somber mood!

But how could he resist his own desires and all the beautiful women that the universe had to offer?!

It was simply unforgivable if he went against his own lustful path!

That's who he was... a hedonistic bastard through and through!

If it weren't for the uneasiness he felt that something might happen at Olympus when he was away, he wouldn't have bothered to entertain his wife.

Hera was presently very surprised by his dear husband's behavior.

"I am surprised by your decision to keep your wife dearest company," Hera mockingly spoke without even glancing at Zeus.

"That's my role as a husband, Hera," Zeus shamelessly chuckled.

'What a shitty old man!' A vein ticked on her head.

'If you were a dutiful husband, you wouldn't have been sneaking around behind my back!'

Hera felt the urge to beat the living daylights out of Zeus for his shameless words.

In truth, she didn't care about Zeus's reason to stay at home.

She then decided to change the topic or else she might be angered to death.

Even though they had numerous squabbles here and there, it didn't mean that the communication between them was impaired.

"Have you recently talked with your daughter, Athena?" Hera crossed her long legs, leaving a portion of her juicy thighs exposed.

Her voice was casual as if she was talking to an old friend.

"No, I haven't found the chance to speak with her since she always hides in her own courtyard," Zeus replied with warmness showing in his sky-blue eyes.

Athena was his favorite child and it was a fact vastly known by all Olympian Gods.

It could be said he doted on her very much.

"It seems that there might be something disturbing her mind," Hera continued, "My servants are telling me that she still constantly swinging her spear around.'

"Haha, that's my daughter. Anyway, what can we do? I don't think anyone in Olympus knows what always goes inside her divine mind," Zeus boisterously laughed.

Hera frowned at him and didn't say anything.

She didn't have a good impression of anyone bred from Zeus's promiscuity.

But she had to admit that Athena was an important element of Olympus and the Goddess of Wisdom really lived up to her reputation.

The atmosphere between them became silent again.

It has always been like that.

The fire that once kept their perfect marriage stable was slowly ebbing away with each passage of time.

She was the only one holding the Olympian family in its reign.

Her divinity disallowed any situation of her family falling apart.

You could imagine how her existence wasn't a happy one but one dictated by a sense of realism.

Heavens, how she wished just for once, someone would release her from this tiresome role!

'When was the last time that this bastard satisfied me well?' Hera complained in her mind and cast a wronged look at Zeus.

Zeus was confused, 'What now?'

"Hey, why don't we lie down in bed tonight? I think I want some more children," Hera said in a demanding tone. 'Hmph, you won't be leaving anytime soon!'

Zeus was affected by her intense gaze.

It was largely known how Hera could sometimes be terrific and Zeus was mostly afraid of her... when it came to bedroom matters.

Hera was simply an insatiable monster!

That was why he, Zeus, had always been sneaking around with other women.

He liked sexual domination but when it came to this domineering, bitter wife of his...

The tables were always reversed.

Hera was a dominatrix and how could he, Zeus, suffer such a loss?!

"Okay." Although begrudgingly, he accepted her demands.

If it wasn't for the premonitory feeling looming heavily in his heart, he would have long been out there seducing beauties.

Zeus unconsciously fidgeted in his seat which didn't go unnoticed by Hera.

"What's wrong with you? Today, you have been dishing out a handful of surprises. Tell me directly what's bothering you."

Hera was a super wife and this cheap husband of hers couldn't hide most of the things in front of her sharp eyes.

Her woman intuition had long transcended godhood!

Zeus sighed helplessly and slumped on his throne, "I have been getting a bad feeling recently as if a calamity might befall me anytime soon."

Hera listened carefully and her beautifully curved brows knitting in contemplation.

'This might be a serious matter. A God's intuition can never go wrong especially if it comes from the most powerful Olympian god.'

She would have chosen to turn a blind eye to his problems but...

What kind of premonition would even make the mighty god of the skies, lightning, and, infidelity, chose to be a stay-at-home husband?!

TAP!

TAP!

A series of footsteps disrupted the tense atmosphere.

It came from across the Imperial Hall.

Both Hera's and Zeus's gaze fell on the entrance simultaneously.

But what they saw left them dumbfounded!

It was the visage of someone who had long transcended the Concept of Divinity!

An immaculate and immutable existence!

It was Noah, the messiah of all women, and he had come to the rescue.

Following him were the most beautiful goddesses in Olympus, Aphrodite and... Athena!

Things were going to be interesting henceforth!
