Chapter 236: Kenneth's realization

Samantha gave Alastair a skeptical look as he entered the carriage with a sword behind him and she recognized it at once. Questions appeared in her mind and her eyes reflected what she was thinking as she did not attempt to conceal anything. 

Alastair just smiled at her as he sat beside her while Kenneth and Saorsa took the seat opposite them. For safety and privacy, they had chosen to travel by one carriage alone, and the coachman closed the door before handing over the reins to Martell who was observing everything from the side.

Even though the coachman was still surprised to find somebody else take over his position, he did not question it for there was something else that kept his mind occupied.

'Why is His Highness using the servants' carriage instead of the royal carriage? Moreover, who is the man with white hair and why is he the coachman?'
