Chapter 129: 129. Worried Anna

Hearing George made Anna calm down. She was pouting but she enjoyed how George hugged her and patted her back. He didn't do anything wrong.

Everything was just a coincidence and he enjoyed what happened because he was able to see more of Anna's skin.

Anna still acted upset even though she was tamed by his apologies. Anna released herself from George's hold and shook her head.

"I need to eat before the food gets cold," Anna said and turned to the food.

"Are you still upset that I saw you?" George asked.

"Yes, I thought you had left, I thought you left me and I was already satisfied that you did. I didn't know that you stayed!" Glaring at him and chewing the food in her mouth, Anna said.

"I couldn't leave. You were feeling lonely and my conscience could not allow me to ignore you," George said and joined Anna to eat. "So I went to cook for you because you love food," George grinned at Anna.
