Chapter 22: Heading to Japan
'I will need to deal with the people who attacked Zhang Wei first which were Japanese. Although I won't be able to go to the military yet but making a mess and taking over Japan will get me in contact with the Chinese government more quickly anyway once they hear of Takemiya Hiroichi's challenge to me if everything goes well.
"Hello? Feilong?" He asked.
"Hello Zhang Wei." I replied.
"Can I ask what is this call about?" He asked curiously since we had just met not long ago.
"I will be taking a trip abroad to deal with those that attacked you earlier. So I just you to know that if anything comes up be sure to contact either me or Chen Fan. Also Chen Fan will be introducing something known as 'spiritual water' to you all soon be sure it goes well." I said as to ensure I would be notified if anything was to happen while I was away.
"Not to worry I will be sure to contact you first when anything happens as well as I will ensure the sale of the water goes well. Anything else?" He asked.
"One more thing, can you book me a hotel in Osaka, 2 rooms and a flight in 3 days, as for the hotel make it a 2 week stay." I instructed as I thought about what I could do in Japan.
"Understood, do you need a driver to pick you up too?" He asked.
"Yes if you could but I will need to call you when to pick me up." I quickly answered.
"I will have it arranged shortly." He stated.
"In that case you have my thanks until next time." I replied.
"Until next time." He simply replied as I ended the call.
I then headed outside once it was sunrise to see Xu Rongfei working hard at cultivating. I stared for a while which turned into an hour as I was lost in my thoughts and admiration of her beauty.
She then opened her eyes to see my smile which made her blush as she realised I had been waiting there while she was cultivating. "Why are you here?" She asked.
"It's my house no?" I quickly retorted.
This made her go silent for a second to which I just chuckle before continuing "Not to worry I was just coming to tell you that I will be leaving soon although I said that I could visit you to help you train but my plans have changed and I will need to go abroad."
"What matters?" She asked curiously.
"I'm going to Japan, you can come if you want." I nonchalantly replied.
She once again blushed interoperating it as a date abroad. "I think I will stay here for now and continue to cultivate more.
'I guess she doesn't feel comfortable going on a date or the like with me yet guess I will have to do this.'
I then asked "Are you sure you can get actual combat experience which can help with your cultivation?"
This made her realise the matters I was dealing with were to do with martial arts to which she then quickly replied "I will come then."
"Good I'll give you two days to prepare be sure to give me a call when you're ready and I will pick you up." I replied before heading out to make some calls.
Two days later I had received a call from Xu Rongfei letting me know she was ready to which I myself quickly called Zhang Wei for the driver.
5 minutes later the driver arrived to which I instructed "Head to this address before heading to the airport."
"Understood." he replied as the driver opened the door for me.
We arrived at FeiFei's house as I see Xu Ao behind her.
I got out and greeted them as I then said "Uncle Xu I never knew you would be here."
"I had to see my daughter off of course if she is going on holiday for two weeks especially if its with a boy."
"Father!" Feifei shouted in response as she blushed slightly out of embarrassment although she did glance at me to see my reaction.
"Haha Uncle Xu you tease her too much but not to worry she is in good hands."
"I know she is." He said with a smile.
I then replied "Well let me get your bags for you." As I then took the two suitcases she had with her.
"T-thank you." She stuttered a little as our hands touched between the exchange.
I then put the bags in the back of the car as she got in as did I. We both waved goodbye to her parents. We both then left and headed onto a plane departing for 'Japan, Kyoto.'
'I can't wait.' I thought as I rested on actually decent plane seats right next to Xu Rongfei, because it was first class, and its nice to fulfil some things I wished to do in my first life. Talked to Xu Rongfei during the duration of the flight.
'Although It would have been quicker to just fly there I think I should travel like this every now and then.'
"We have arrived." An the speaker announced to which I opened my eyes.
I headed off to see the bustling airport, Osaka International Airport, Feifei was like an avid tourist as we then made our way to the hotel Zhang Wei had arranged for us although we had a few pit stops as despite Feifei being ready to fight she also saw that I came here for a holiday too. We ate at a nearby café to which she was shocked to hear me speaking Japanese to which I informed her it is easy for a cultivator to learn multiple languages. From the flight to the many activists we did on our way to the hotel had made her loosen up a bit and begin to enjoy the experience as we began to talk more before arriving at the hotel a few hours later.
During the night while FeiFei was asleep. (A/N: She still needs sleep at this cultivation level I believe. As for our mc sleeps counts while in the dream realm too.)
I decided to use Qi to sense where the 6 shrines were along with where the ninja clan were. To which I had easily located them before finally cultivating for the rest of the night.
A/N: I know after 8 months I am back. I took this long break because I just didn't want to write anything and wanted to do more stuff IRL to which I have. Im ahead in school work and I started re-reading the series again which reminded me of this. I also started another one of these called 'Isekai'd into 'Rebirth of the urban immortal cultivator'-Fanfic' and its just similar to this and I will update whenever as I did with this.
However, since I decided to write another one I also decided to come and finish off a few drafts I had here. I have finished this one and another one is about to be done too. I will then re read all of this and make some edits here and there (not really so that it affects it too much just little changed I may find necessary) I will then switch between the new fanfic and this one updating and releasing chapters when I want.
Now it's time I say sorry for leaving you all hanging all this time as you waited for a new chapter.
Then we have cultivation levels as someone asked for this.;
Qi refinement is the upper realm level and is split into; Foundation Establishment. Then it goes into Profound Opening/Tongxuan then finally Divine Sea/Divine Realm.
Then we have the Connate, Xiantian/Earth Invincible realm.
Then we have Core Formation / Condensation with the title; Little True Monarch
Then we have Golden Core / Jin Dan with the title: True Monarch
Next is Nascent Soul / Yuan Ying / Primal Infant with the title; Heavenly Monarch
After which is Spirit Severing / Soul Formation with the title; Divine Monarch/ Great Power
Next is Void Returning with the title; Saint
After is Dao Reunion with the title; True Immortal
And finally Retribution Enduring / Transcends Tribulation with the title; Profound Immortal!
note: Mc is at the early stages of the Connate realm nearing the mid-stage. However, he can fight people in the golden core stage early though if he decided to go full out although I'll make it fair so that he can only easily deal with them if he burns some of his life essence. He can then fight on par with a peak Core Formation without burning life essence.
