Chapter 1: Episode 1: A Hiking We Will Go
Chris said, "We've been to the island, the movies, around the world, back to the island twice, and moved to a new artificial island. But now we have a whole new cast coming for a chance at the million. Speaking of our contestants, here they come now. The first player to get off the bus was a red-haired girl named Fiona. Chris said, "Fiona, hi." Fiona said, "Hi, Chris. Great to be here." Chris said, "Yeah, and here's Evan and Oliver." Evan walked off the bus with two suitcases, and Oliver walked off the bus with a backpack and a surfboard. Fiona said, "What's with the surfboard?" Oliver said, "I thought it would be good to bring in case this lake gets some waves." The next player to get off the camp bus looked like a rock and roll king. Chris said, "Everyone, this is Carter." The next player to get off was a goth girl with piercings. Fiona pointed at the girl and said, "Who's that?" The girl said, "I'm Lola. And you better pray I miss you in your sleep." Fiona, Evan, Oliver, and Carter got scared by Lola. Chris said, "Ok, drop it, Lola." Lola took off her costume and said, "OK." The others saw she was a girl with long black hair with highlights, and her piercings were fake. Chris said, "Lola here is an actress. She can always stay in character."
Two skateboarders skateboarded off the bus and showed themselves. Chris said, "Well if it isn't Dana and Logan." Logan said, "What's up?" Dana said, "Cool girl is in the house." Logan said, "Tell me I can have a bed next to hers." Dana slapped Logan for saying that because she didn't want to sleep with him. The following person to walk off the bus was a police officer with a girl in handcuffs carrying a suitcase. The police officer unlocked the girls' handcuffs, got in his car, and left. Chris said, "Everyone, this is Bonnie. As you can see, she was just released from prison."
A boy with a backpack on his back walked off the bus next. Chris said, "Peter, welcome." Peter said, "Glad to be here. And I see the ladies have already arrived." Peter tried hitting on Dana and Fiona, but Dana tossed him into the lake. A beautiful blonde girl wearing sunglasses was the next to get off the bus. The girl said, "Hi, everyone. My name's Emma. Is my sweet ready?" Chris said, "I'll explain that once everyone gets off the bus." A girl wearing all black walked off the bus next. She even had black hair and a black backpack. Chris said, "This is Ingrid. An ace detective at her school and her father's police chief at her hometown's police station." A cheerful boy and a cheerful girl with the same hair color walked off the bus next. The girl said, "I'm Nicole." The boy said, "And I'm Nicolas. Nick for short." Nicole said, "We are so happy to be here with all of you." Nicholas said, "Totally. After all, we love everyone, especially each other." Nicole said, "You said it best, Nick." Nicholas said, "I bet you can say it better, Nicole." Chris stopped them from talking by clapping in their faces and told them to line up with the others. The contestants then heard somebody say, "Out of my way." Then they saw a blonde girl with a suitcase get off the bus. Chris said, "This is Helga, everybody." Helga scowled and then pushed Chris down so he would get out of her way. When she put her suitcase down, it hurt Logan's foot. Logan said, "Ouch. What's in there? Barbells?" Helga said, "Yes." A boy with a drawing pad and suitcase walked off the bus next. Chris said, "Ivan. Artistic as always."
Ivan then lined up with the others and started to draw the bus on his drawing pad. A boy with a guitar case walked off the bus next. Chris said, "Ryan. Welcome to camp." Fiona said, "Hey, maybe you could play for us sometime." Ryan said, "Maybe." Henry. A creepy nerd girl who was a genius got off the bus next. Chris said, "Welcome, Olivia." Chris said, "Here's Tristan and Rosey." Tristan and Rosey walked off the bus and held hands like a couple. The other contestants also saw Tristan looked handsome and Rosey was beautiful. A boy with a backpack walked off the bus next. Chris said, "Everyone, this is Tommy. He's a born leader and has led many groups where he comes from. Next up is Frida." Frida got off the bus, and everyone saw that she looked beautiful and blonde. Frida pointed at her tiara and said, "I hope you guys don't mind me bringing along my latest beauty pageant tiara." Henry said, "Or me bringing along my pet chicken." Henry's pet chicken then clucked while he held it and his bag on his arm. Chris said, "This is Henry. A farm boy who loves farming and working with animals." The next person to walk off was a goth girl wearing black. Monica said, "Hi, everyone." Chris said, "Monica, welcome. And the last person, Arnold." Arnold left the bus last, and everyone saw him carrying a suitcase and a violin case.
Once the campers got off their bus, they saw the camp looked horrifying. Chris said, "Welcome players to Total Drama Camp. To win, you'll have to survive the communal washrooms, any meal we give you, each other, and the elimination ceremony. I'll decide whether the challenge is for an award or elimination, so each team must try their best to either win the prize or avoid the elimination. There's also the invisibility statue hidden somewhere in the camp. If you find it, you can avoid elimination if you get voted off and haven't already won immunity in the challenge. The losing team of each elimination challenge will send somebody home. The players who stay will all retrieve marshmallows since this is camp, and those who don't get one will get eliminated. Then they'll return to the bus, and the bus driver will drive them home. You can be free to quit the contest whenever you like, but that means you'll be automatically out. You are free to do a confessional whenever you like. If you want to do one, the camera for the confessionals will be in the outhouse in the woods, just like in Seasons 1, 4, and 5. Now for the challenge. Nobody will be going home since this will be a reward challenge."
All the campers then cheered and shouted in excitement. Chris said, "Hold it. You'll first be divided into teams. Just like in Season 3, we will have three teams this season. The winning team stays in the luxury cabin we set up while the other two remain in the other two cabins. The non-winning, non-losing team will stay in a rusted old cabin, and the losing team will stay in a treehouse we made. So, it's time for your first challenge. Follow me. Team 1 will be So, Fiona, Carter, Peter, Frida, Dana, Rosey, Tristan, and Ivan. Team 2 will be Evan, Henry, Emma, Logan, Ryan, Monica, Helga, and Lola. Team 3 will be Oliver, Ingrid, Olivia, Tommy, Arnold, Nicole, Bonnie, and Nicholas. Now, each team has four boys and four girls, and now that they're set, it's time to name your teams." Fiona said, "We'll name our team The Killer Cats." Evan said, "We're calling our team The Supreme Seekers." Oliver said, "And we're calling our team The Fearsome Dragons."
Chris said, "OK, now that the teams are named. It's time to start your challenge. Get back on the bus." The campers got back on the bus, and Chris drove them to the middle of the woods. Once they arrived, the campers got off the bus and saw they were in the woods. Chris said, "This is where your challenge starts. You are to try to get back to camp and tag the door at the cabin you want to win. Once you do, your team gets to spend the night in that cabin. Good luck." The teams walked through the woods and started their hike back to camp. Peter then did a confessional. Peter said, "Being the outdoor lover of The Killer Cats, we have already won this challenge." The Killer Cats began to climb the mountain, hoping it would give them a better view of the woods and they could spot their camp from high above. The Supreme Seekeres and Fearsome Dragons walked through the woods once they reached a fork in the road. The Supreme Seekers walked down the left path, and The Fearsome Dragons walked down the right path.
Once The Killer Cats reached the top of the mountain, they spotted their camp from high above. Peter said, "There it is." Frida said, "And how are we supposed to get down there?" Dana brought out her skateboard and started to skate down the mountain. Peter then tied a rope onto a rock and threw it down the hill. The Killer Cats then used the rope to climb the mountain and reach the bottom. While The Killer Cats were climbing down the hill, The Fearsome Dragons saw a rickety old bridge they had to cross. Ingrid said, "Oh, perfect. So we have to cross here to get back to camp."
The Supreme Seekers were also lost in the woods. They hiked and thought the forest looked the same, and they had yet to find camp anywhere. Emma then did a confessional. Emma said, "Following Logan to find camp might have been a mistake. Dana's his soulmate, and neither of them is that nice. But they're also a little self-centered." After Emma's confessional, Helga said, "We've been down this path like eight times now." Logan said, "No, we haven't." Evan said, "Yes, we have." Logan said, "Fine. If you guys think we're lost, why don't one of you lead us back to camp?" Lola raised her hand and said, "Fine. I'll do it. I'm an actress. I can play anything, even a camping leader." Lola stepped ahead of Logan and guided The Supreme Seekers back to camp.
Meanwhile, The Killer Cats reached the bottom of the mountain and met up with Dana. They then looked through the trees and saw their camp. They then ran to the campground and tagged the luxury cabin's door. Chris said, "The Killer Cats win." The Fearsome Dragons tried walking across the bridge to get back to camp, but their combined weight made the bridge lose its grip and break. Once the bridge snapped, The Fearsome Dragons fell to the other side while holding onto it. Then, they used the bridge as a ladder and climbed up it to the top. Once they reached the top, The Fearsome Dragons saw the campground and raced for it.
The Fearsome Dragons arrived next and saw The Supreme Seekers arriving. Lola said, "Told you I would get you back to camp. While Lola talked, The Fearsome Dragons tagged the rusted cabin's door and came in 2nd place. Chris said, "The Fearsome Dragons come in 2nd. Supreme Seekers, you lose and will spend the night in the treehouse." The Supreme Seekers climbed the tree to the treehouse, walked in the door, and saw no beds, so they had to sleep on the floor.
Once The Killer Cats settled in the luxury cabin, they each picked a comfy bed in the bedroom and put their bags by them. The Fearsome Dragons got settled in the rusted cabin. Since they had bunk beds, they needed help deciding who would get which bed. Olivia then did a confessional. Olivia said, "Being the smartest one on our team, I thought I could think of a way to settle the argument. And I think I had an idea we could all agree on." After her confessional, Olivia said, "I know, we'll draw straws." Olivia brought out four long straws and four short straws. Olivia said, "Long ones get a top bunk, and short ones get a bottom bunk." Tommy said, "I suppose it's not a bad idea." Each of them picked a straw and showed the others what they got.
Oliver said, "I got the bottom bunk." Olivia said, "I get top." Oliver and Olivia slapped their hands and decided they were sleeping together. Ingrid said, "Top bunk." Tommy looked at Ingrid and said, "Bottom." Nicole said, "I got the bottom bunk." Nicholas said, "I got the top bunk." Nicole said, "I'll gladly sleep with you." Nicholas said, "And I'll gladly sleep with you." Arnold said, "Looks like I'm sleeping above the hard criminal. Because I got the top bunk." Bonnie said, "And I'm left sleeping below the violin player. Because I got the bottom bunk." Once the kids settled in, they got in bed and went to bed. Logan then looked out their treehouse window and saw The Killer Cats enjoying themselves in the luxury cabin before lights out. Logan said, "They better enjoy themselves tonight because the cool guy is going to win this, one way or another." Logan then went to bed on the floor with his team, and The Killer Cats went to bed, too.
