The bosses of the top ten mobile phone manufacturers arrived together, bantering along the way.

They arrived at an agreement the night before.

They would go all out to ban the Divine Dragon Optimization App, maintain the installation restrictions on the App and would not give the App any chance of turning the table on them.

Android had issued a security alert to remind manufacturers that there was a security risk in the Divine Dragon Optimization which could lead to leakage of user data. It was recommended that all manufacturers restrict the installation of the App.
