The main character of this story Rioji was watching his favourite anime To Love Ru.
Rioji: Man I wish I was as lucky as Rito. I am 24 and still a virgin. I hate my life so much. God please kill me. I'm so jealous of this fictional character.
He had no idea that he was just about to die because of a heart attack. He was 24 yet he wasted his teen years binging anime anime and eating all junk.
His coronary artery was totally blocked because of the cholesterol. Rioji Shut his eyes accepting death. After 20 seconds he opened his eyes.
Right infront of him was standing a beautiful girl. It was Haruna-chan.
Rioji: Is this a dream.
He stood up and walked towards the washroom. It was a free period so there was no teacher in the class. He entered the washroom.
He looked at himself in the mirror in front of him. He started screaming at the top of his voice. He looked exactly like Yuuki Rito. No that's not the case he was Yuuki Rito.
Rito: What the hell is going on?
I took him 2 minutes to calm down.
Rito: Let me go with the story, eventually like every anime I will understand why this happend.
He walked back to the classroom.

Yuuki Mikan, Rito's sister was sitting on the sofa of the house.
Mikan: Dad said hes gonna be late again.
Rito walks up the stairs because he feels pathetic, that he was not strong enough to confess his feelings.
In the Bath.
Rito is completely naked in the tub. He just sits calm because he knows what's gonna happen.

He didn't think much about them. While sitting in the tub he was only thinking about Lala's arrival.
