''Mi-Miyu senpai, *huff huff* I am sorry tha-that I am a bit late today! *huff huff*'' Yua bends down to her knees, trying to catch her breath. She was wearing a casual orange T-shirt that's printed with inspiring quotes and a pair of knees length jean.
''Hey, you okay, Yua-chan? I am just kidding when I ask you to run, don't you see the winky face I give there?'' I patted her back.
''Yea, I *huff huff* I know that. But, I can't let anyone waits for me alone right?'' She grinned.
I could see her forehead is drenched in sweat, I guess she was excited to make chocolate for her. Giving out a relieved sigh, I help her to carry the bag that she was carrying and said,
''Sometimes you are stubborn for your own good. Come in and we will make the most delicious chocolate that I bet Sakura will never forget about you.''
''Hm!'' Yua nods her head and smile widely.
''You can go to the living room first while I will bring your bag on the kitchen. Yuuto senpai has made us some pancake to fill in our stomach before we start to bake the chocolate.'' I pointed at the living room.
''Yum! I also didn't have my breakfast yet, that's so thoughtful of him.'' Yua opened the living room door and went in.
I walk into the kitchen with Yua's bag and place it on top of the table. Touma was still there in the kitchen. He looks at me and asks,
''Who's bag is that?'' Touma pointed at the bag.
''Oh, these are Yua's. She arrived just now.'' I put down the bag on the table.
''Looks like that she was damn serious about making the chocolates, huh?'' He touches his neck while looking at her bag that's filled with chocolates and paper warps.
''Yup, I guess her crush was someone important to her so that's why she wants to make the best for that person. Just like you, who want to make something nice for your mother, right? Or else you wouldn't go so far to buy all the ingredients when you can buy her a random bar of chocolate for her.'' I pointed up to my finger and tell him about my thought.
''Yea... I guess so....'' Touma brows began to crease in a frown. He looks a bit sad for some reason but then he instantly smiles back as if what I see just now was my hallucinations.
''Talking about chocolates and Valentine, do you have someone that you decide to confess to?'' He asked me with his gentle voice.
''Um.... basically there's someone but I don't think that's necessary to do so because who knows what if that person doesn't feel the same way as I do? In the end, we will mess up and maybe to the point that we will feel awkward around each other. So, I decide not to tell my crush about my feeling first until I feel the right time has come. You know that this thing needs time to grow and sooner or later, you can see who is the right person for you.''
''Oh wow! Its sounds like you know a lot about things like this, huh? I thought that your brain is filled with weebs stuff.'' Touma patted my head.
''Let's have pancake first, shall we, princess?'' He offers his flawless tan skin colour hand to me and gives out his princely smile. Behind his glasses, I can see his gentle purple eyes shine brightly.
Although I have seen it countless time, this time it feels different than usual. His eyes look sad and make me feel that the person in front of me have a lot of things to say but he holds it in. And this makes me want to know more and more about him.
"You know that you don't have to flirt around me, just call me as you wish. I won't be mad.'' I said.
''Oh, really..... then let's call you pancake.'' He smiled.
''Why pancake?''
''Because you ARE a pancake.'' Touma teased me.
Without saying anything, I strike a small punch on his shoulder.
''Don't you underestimate this pancake right in front of you because I have the ultimate order from Mr Moon to execute the evil star that looks down upon pancake. Neghehehehhehe!'' Crossing my arm, I laughed so hard that I can feel my prideful nose is growing long.
Suddenly, a strong arm warped around my neck and rubbed my head gently.
''But this Godzilla over here want to eat some pancake. Rawr!!'' Yuuto said playfully.
''Yuuto-kun! Ugh, looks like this pancake was about to be defeated by this Godzilla. Looks like I need to show my ultimate move. Take this, 'Pancake twirling tornado no jutsu'!!''
I press the pressure point of his wrist and instantly weaken his grips. Then I use that opportunity to slip down his arm and spin around like a ballerina, facing towards him.
''Ouch! How do you do that, Miyu-chan? My wrist is shaking like jelly right now.'' Yuuto frown like a sad puppy while showing his wrist at me.
''HHAHAHHHAHAHA!! Now, you don't underestimate the strength of this pancake because you don't want to see the order to execute jutsu that I gained last night.'' I hold my waist and laugh at him with my evil laughter.
''Why are you laughing like a mad man, Miyu senpai? I have been waiting for so long and it turns out that everyone was here, playing around in the kitchen.'' Yua shoot me with her terrifying gaze.
''Now can we start our chocolate baking lesson, Yuuto senpai because I am full with energy after having those pancakes.'' She then glares at him.
''okay....'' He whispered as he looks down at his feet. It was relatable since her yellow, cat eyes give out a murderous vibe to the surrounding.
''And I assume that you are Touma senpai, right?'' Yua slowly approached him.
She seems to whisper something to him but I can even barely hear anything.
''Very well then, protective knightess.'' Touma smiled at her.
''Don't you smile to me, you bastard.'' Yua said coldly.
