Chapter 51: Chapter fifty

Their sneaky escape from the fight between Rafael and Asmodeus landed Jugdiel and Beelzebub in a seedy dark alley with no human in sight and everywhere dark as sin. 

Jugdiel turned to face the demon who he knew could see his face perfectly well in the darkness and quirked his brow at him. " Don't tell me you plan to kill me and dispose of me, " Jugdiel said in a teasing tone, his lips curving into a slight smile.

Despite how much he protested the demon hanging around he was beginning to grow fond of his presence. In his presence, Jugdiel is not scared of being judged or looked down upon, something he experiences in his city. He found out that in his presence he could be himself, a luxury he had lost long ago. 

Beelzebub rolled his eyes at the trying to be funny angel. " I wish is that easy to dispose of you guys we would have done it a long time ago, " he replied partly joking and partly serious.
