Chapter 29: Chapter Twenty-Eight: Talking to Spade
(Drake's Pov) I told Ava that I was coming to the border. I left my office and I went out of my house to be stopped by Zoe. (Drake's Mind) She is the female that had Reed with her. They tried to attack my mates, when they were here. (Back to reality now) I said, "What do you want Zoe?" She said, "Am I not aloud to see my wonderful mate!" I growled saying, "You are not my mate and never will be!" I pushed her aside to shift into my dark chestnut brown wolf. I took off running to Ava.

Once I got to the border I saw Ava with a guy. I pushed down a growl and said, "Who is that Ava?" She said, "That's one of my brothers, Spade whose Alpha of the Chancellor Pack." I said, "I thought the Stoke twins were the Alpha's?" Spade said, "I'm their mate which makes me Alpha and somewhat Luna of the pack." I said, "Well it's nice to meet you Alpha Spade and thanks for bringing my beautiful mate." He said your welcome and left leaving me and Ava all alone. She walked up to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I said, "Do you want to head to my house or are you here to take me to your house?" She said, "I want to discuss some things, before taking you to my place." I nod and we ran to my house.

Xavier said, "Hey Ava, how are you?" She said, "I'm good how are you?" Xavier said, "Good." I grabbed her her hand and pulled her into my office. We sat down and she said, "My dad knows about you and wants to talk to me in a bit." I say, "What's wrong with him finding out." She replied, "He isn't sure about me moving in with you. The reason he doesn't want me to move is, because I have special abilities." I asked her what kind of abilities and she told me the backstory. I say, "I'll talk to him about it, when you take me over there babe."
