I looked down at the thinly sliced meat with the blood sauce dripping from the aromatic flesh; the aroma did have that fresh kill smell of a prey fall right before you from a killing bite, fresh blood gushing from the fatal wound.

I closed my eyes in ecstasy, enjoying the scent entwining perfectly with the spices. 

The spices not too heavy, I admit this meat had been done extremely well, each flavour distinct yet blending together to light up my taste buds truly the cook did a good job with this eves meal.

Approvingly I nodded at this missing the torn look that passed over my mother's face while I heartedly ate.

Placed to the side not too far away, were steamed plain mini buns, shredded nunne it was basic since only the two of us ate.

The nunne is sky blue flesh colored meat, its book with a contrast to the blue flesh a pale pink now spotted from the various spices added to add flavour to the meat, which is then stir-fried in a spicy sauce.
