Chapter 92: Help the weak

Ricardo Carbo laid gasping for breath; at his side was the girl with whom he grew up with and his mother. His father paid him no heed even when he tethered between life and death. 

Ricardo closed his eyes and gritted his teeth through the fire pain coarsing through his blood. His shoulder-length blonde hair was soaked. His once vibrant blue eyes were now dull between his lids. How he wished to simply become stronger, how he wished with everything that he could get away from all of this, but his life seem to simply spiral downwards unable to be clawed his way to a place where he could simply survive with his childhood friend who seem to be the only girl who cared about him.
