I glared into the yawning darkness at those eyes that were even bigger than my entire form glowing in the dark.

The creature in the dark released a snarl, the sound threatening.

I could feel its resentment but truly didn't care.

What more can it do?

I'm just tired right now. I wish to curl in the arms of my mother and simply have her pamper me. To run to my brothers and have them fight my battles for me.

Yet look how I am treated? A serpentine.. This serpentine is simply too much even for my brothers to handle.

'what do you know?' the beast growled in question, fighting against its bonds. I knew this because I heard the clanking sound of the chains that bind it still.
