The man quickly ran towards the tent in the base, with the scent of blood increasing in intensity the closer he got to it.

The next moment, his hand gripped the hilt of his long sword, forcibly flinging the tent's curtain open.

But what he saw inside left him speechless.

The smell of blood was overwhelmingly strong, with the entire tent soaked in it. More than a dozen lifeless bodies sprawled on the ground, each with a huge gash across their throats.
