Chapter 3: Meeting the inner demon( edit)
After some time, Naruto awoke and the first word was...
"Sen??"
"Oi,Naruto, when will stop making us worry about you?"
"Countless times we have invited you stay with us but you rejected them all. Listen. If you live with us , though people would continue to mock and insult you, none would have the guts to harm you . But no ..you would rather stay in that hut(in my story) near the forest than come with us"
"Is it because..?"
"Hey, Sen . Why are you talking in such a weird manner."
"Hehe. Just quoting Mom's words. Do whatever you like to do, we got your back."
"Straighten yours first."
"Can't you let me act cool just once.
I just became a genin, 'y,know'"
"Heard that the fifth times this week"
> SEN SULKS.....<
"That aside, it's just that I can't bring myself to have the thought of being with other people, after living alone for so long."
"Like I care.."
"Yeah..yeah"
> Naruto runs away<
"Damn.."

>A small cottage near the forest<
Near a pond, a boy with yellow-orange unkempt hair was sitting with his legs crossed, both hands joined to form a "U", near his crotch. A serene expression on his face yet his body was steady.
Not quite the expression for a kid but neither every kid can enter their mindscape at will.
Naruto meditates almost every day, entering and exiting his mindscape to strengthen his concentration. This has also enabled him to sense the auras of people around him.
Well, apart from this incident, which is not so rare, his life is pretty simple and mainly consists of going to the academy; chilling with his brother-from-another-mother, Sen and returning home to meditate.
Well, that's it if you overlook him skipping most of the classes; sneaking into the library and reading books and records of techniques quite above the general rank of a student i.e, E-rank and of course practising them. Also, please include his spying attempts on Hyuga clan branch-members, to get a glimpse of their techniques,that led to utter and bitter failures and reddening beatings.
And, from where god knows, he got hold of a book on sealing on his fifth birthday and that too not a regular one but one from the Uzamakis. Ever since then his interest was piqued by illusionary, sealing and taijutsu techniques.
The matter concerning illusionary techniques or genjutsus was solved by Uchiha Sen,the first name that comes to mind when illusionary techniques are being talked about are the 'Uchihas' ,though he was unable to awaken the sharingan he was an excellent Illusionist and taijutsu was taught at the academy and of course, he could always ask rock lee, the hard-working yet ninjutsu-aptitude lacking student of Might Guy, the best when it comes to taijutsu.
However, the matter regarding sealing techniques could not be solved easily as it was very rare to find one that to a student of his standard who knows the techniques.
Also, he could only study genjutsu minutely as it needed fine chakra control to perform and this was one thing that he lacked. Whenever he tried to concentrate the circulation of chakra at one point he felt that some barrier was obstructing him. Though he was well above the average, he was not one of the elites, for which he worked like a maniac to reach their levels. And now, one year before his graduation, he is on equal grounds with elites like Sasuke . Though not as good as Sasuke who has his one-tomoe Sharingan and taijutsu, he has both understandings of both the genjutsus and taijutsu ,he can counter them. Thus, he is the jack of all trades but master of none.
Oh...right, another thing, he has developed a kind of mind-attack technique by studying the principles of genjutsu which though not as strong as the former, can make the target lose the sane state of mind for a few seconds and make weaker targets faint.
Now enough of this and let's see what is Naruto up to...

"Hey, this is not where I usually train." 'Maybe I was not concentrating enough and failed to enter properly.'

*turning around*

'definitely, not my mind.'
'How can there be a giant of a fox in here'
"HEY"
"Me....?"
"DID YOU SEE ANYONE ELSE HERE EXCEPT YOU AND ME."
'this giant fox seems a bit familiar. I have seen it somewhere....'
'...don't tell me...'
"The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox..."
