Mar was on the phone when I came in to carry Bin, who's now peacefully sleeping in his arms.
He was reclining on the office chair in his study, with his legs propped on the table, and the baby peacefully sleeping in his arms.
I quietly walked over to where he was and stood next to him.
"We will continue this conversation later. I need to complete something." He said before disconnecting.
"Did I disturb you?" I felt bad for being the reason he disconnected from the call that seemed important.
"No."
He said with his eyes trained on me. The unwavering gaze from him, made me feel self-conscious.
It was as if he's gazing into the depths of my soul.
I stood there like a fool and touched my hair, nervously.
"The baby. I came to take the baby."
It was commendable how I was able to talk despite being nervous.
I mean, who wouldn't be nervous when someone like Mar has their gaze trained on them?
