The person he was supposed to have a business lunch wasn't there yet, so we decided to order a bottle of water as we wait for the supposed person.
"Are you sure they are coming?" I glance at the door for the fifth time since I came here.
The entire place isn't as crowded as it normally was during the night. There were only a few tables occupied. And most of the people here are workers from the company opposite ours.
Unlike our company that has a cafeteria in it, this one has nothing of that such.
Mar checked the time on his wristwatch, "should we wait for thirty minutes more, we are leaving."
"What if the person shows up then?"
"We reschedule the meeting. And this time, I will have them come to the company."
Mar frowned.
It was as if he were thinking of what to do if the person doesn't show up.
"That's good." I yawn, "if the person doesn't come, I'm ordering out."
