"Let me go! The baby is okay. You don't have to check on me. I'm perfectly fine. If there is anyone who needs to be checked on, you can try Mar. He's insane."
I've not seen any sane person who will behave like him.
Mar is totally insane.
"Let me check on you, Osy, so you can go. It won't take a lot of time, all I need is—"
"Don't use that tune on me, doctor. I'm not going to allow you to touch me, and that's final. If it works for you, you can check on Mar. I'm not going to allow you to check on me until you get him to let me go!"
I know I'm acting like a kid. But I don't care.
"Check on him, I will shut him up for you," Mar said with a convincing expression on his face.
He doesn't look like he's joking at all.
"And how do you intend to keep him down?" The doctor brought something that looked like a syringe.
"Don't come close to—"
And Mar kissed me.
Stunned, I didn't know how to react to the kiss.
