Fell stood on the wall for the next few hours that passed, he regulated his breathing and continued further refining the enormous soul power he had absorbed.

He couldn't help but feel bloated from the sudden increase of power, and as he didn't know how things would go far for New Casablanca. He preferred staying here, cultivating and guarding the city at the same time.
