Chapter 31: Shush we have plot now
"Yeah, write that and that too, don't forget that." Adrian guided a short man with a weird beard and a pipe in his mouth.

They were on the top of a mountain above the clouds while writing down on a paper parchment.
"Hmm, does this seem good!" Asked Adrain, looking back at the short man while nodding,
"Just putting a bunch of random skills won't magically make it-" The man wanted to continue before getting shushed.
Adrian held a finger to his mouth, saying, "I don't listen to people less successful than me!" Adrian picked up the paper while walking away.
"I thought you guys listened to these so-called "saints" without question, always giving excuses like 'Everyone below the saint is an ant' Just say they are a killer, don't be a hypocrite!"
Adrian circled his hands and made a portal that showed a mountain on the other side, taking a colored glass and wearing it on his eyes.
"I could technically be called a 'saint' if we go by the levels here."
Adrian walked through the portal with one last sentence. "Powerful being who treats all lower beings like crap sounds like me fr."
The portal then closed with the short man in a daze
Soon a woman with a pink-red flowing dress and blue hair walked in.
"Was someone here, hubby?" She asked, sure that there was another voice in here!
"No, just thinking of something!" The short man said with eyes in confusion and started smoking his pipe.
"I mean if you say so?!" The woman said before hugging him from behind.
"Yes, yes, indeed," said the short man in a daze.

Avarice bounced off a tree breaking it and onto the next one.
{Dash!}
Avarice continuously bounced off the tree before coming to a huge boulder.
{Unrivaled strength}

Avarice crossed through the boulder slicing it into multiple parts.
He then crouched on the ground sheeting his blade to his sides
{D o m I n a t I o n}
{Boom!}
The rocks shattered in the air, spreading debris and sand across the clearing.
"0.3 seconds." Avarice muttered as he stood up. "This should be enough to start the quest."
He proceeded to pick a wanted poster from his pockets and looked at it.
A four-armed black ape was on it, with red eyes and bladed teeth.
"He does look strong! Just enough for me to level up."
Avarice then equipped a bunch of armor on himself and said, "I would need to repay Sphire for this later. It would have been reckless of me to go into a fight with the monster without one."
The armor in particular was a coat made of vertilic silk, it's leather comparable to mithril.
It was black and colored with glowing white lines. The same could be said for the pants too.
"Looks pretty cool. Among the five, I should be the one with the most dri-"
A white lion snuck up to Avarice and pounced on him, displacing the dirt he once stood.
Avarice ducked in time and thought, "What a drag. I don't really want to fight with it, so I'll just leave."
With that said, Avarice turned in another direction, but in front of him was another white lion, more then surrounded him from all sides.
"They are lions, not wolves, why are they in a pack? Casual geographic never taught me this!!" Avarice thought in panic, getting his blade and going into a swordsman's stance.
He looked at their legs and focused.

The lions walked menacingly in short strides.
Avarice's eyes darted from right to left in total concentration.
Two lions jumped toward Avarice, and he reacted, quickly dodging and slicing both of their eyes.
"Rawr!"
The lions then charged at the same time.
{Dash!}
Avarice jumped off, dodging their stampede as he looked down with eyes that looked like that of the reaper himself.
{D o m I n a t I o n}
An aura put the lion in their place as they shook in fear.
"I need a move to kill them in an instant," thought Avarice before clenching his blade and bringing it to his back.
His mana flowed to the blade as his eyes turned blue.
{Untivaled strength!}
{Mana enhancement!}
With one last clench of his blade, he used.
{Dash!}

Avarice waved multiple times, and countless sword lights flew to the lions below him.
He then landed on the ground with a thump as he sheeted his blade once more.
[Bang!]
The lions exploded in a shower of blood, drenching Avarice as he walked by it.
"I'll clean myself off with mana later," thought Avarice as blew jumped away from the bloodied spot.

"Where the hell did you take me?" Lin fang said to the staff.
"Hello, are you lost!?" A woman screamed from his back, wearing a blue-black uniform.
She had a baton at her side and a white shoe on her legs, decorated with blue lights underneath.
Lin Fang looked at the woman. She had white hair, and instead of a white sclera, hers was pink.
He looked around the garden and the sci-fi-like houses and replied, "Yes, yes, I am!"
"Well, you can't stay here. This is a government-owned botanical eco ground." The woman said as she brought out a blue-transparent phone and said. "Come with me."
The woman then walked to a spot and touched an empty location
A white-red pod then appeared, going from a transparent outline to a solid.
Lin fang strode to her In haste as she entered the pod. Lin Fang slowly entered inside.
The pod was adorned with a button In front of it and a holographic map.
It had two white couches and a cup holder.
The doors then closed as they floated into the sky, blowing in blue. After a while, it disappeared and flew away with a [Phew], leaving only a blue streak.
