That Wasn't Supposed to Happen!
It was a dark night when Mark stumbled down an alley, bleeding profusely from his torso. As his vision dimmed, he recalled the incidents that led him to this tragic fate.
Three weeks ago Mark was a happily married man, without a care in the world. He worked as a technician for the Police down in the 13th precinct, which was labeled as one of the worst sections of the town.
The job wasn't too bad, seeing as how he only had to repair computers whenever they quit functioning correctly. The job even had certain perks, like, he was able to get away with minor incidents as long as one of the officers was from this precinct.
Things were going smoothly, as well, until one fateful night as he was leaving the Police station he was suddenly hit on the back of the head, causing him to black out.
"....nghhh...." He moaned, as he struggled to make out his surroundings. "Look who's finally awake!" he heard, as a thundering voice boomed from all directions.
It would seem by the sound of the echoes that he was in an empty warehouse or storage unit, one large enough to fit a whole army in it, by the sound of the unending echoes bouncing around the place.
"Welcome to my paradise! Now, I'm betting you're wondering as to why you ended up tied to a chair in the middle of a warehouse? Well, the answer is simple. We need you to hack in to the Police database and delete our criminal records! You have the perfect set of skills that we can utilize to get what we want. And, as an added benifit, we will even let you leave here with your life. It's your choice, so I pray you choose wisely." The voice boomed, resonating with the empty space to magnify to a roar.
