He kissed without a warning.

Izekiel's lips were on hers, in a rough, unyielding gesture. He pushed her against the wall, his hand is on the side of her face, holding her firm. And Nesrin was frozen for a long moment, she didn't knew if she wanted to push him away or return the gesture with more intensity.

Her throat went dry, and there was a heat that spread through her from his touch. She didn't wanted to hold back. Her thoughts were a mess and her feelings even more.

Nesrin had only lifted her hand when red clouded her vision.

It was as if her breaths stopped when Izekiel froze against her. Their lips parted and his eyes were distant, dark and boundless when they glanced at a certain direction.

There was an arrow deeply dug on his shoulder.
