Chapter 3: THE SELECTION GROUNDS
The fairy king festival is held after every 500 years in the past it was not as such the festival was held after 5530 years but after the great war the duration decrease to 1000 and now 500 due to constant wars between the races. Deldar is a divine tree and all the Holy tree has sentience but it there intelligence is very weak almost like a child's. Deldar a little different after being alive for so long it's intelligence has grown but like a ten-year-old child, the Fairy King had made the Holy tree to decreases the duration for the candidates. The holy tree Deldar chose the candidates for the kingship only those who are chosen by the holy tree can participate in the contest but still the number is huge.
Holy tree bestows treasure to top ten candidates chosen the inheritance. The top-ranked gets to obtain a part of the Tree it could be a piece of its bark, it's branch or it's flower, either way, it bestows the most important treasure to the top-ranked i.e First rank.
In ancient times the powerhouses of the fairy realm were either king of their respected region or candidates of the holy trees. The fairy king was strong as they had the holy treasure. The treasures are always life weapons. They grow alongside there master but their ranks are always a rank above there masters.
The chosen are naturally the cream of the crop but they are to many. The number of participants still rank among 1000 so to decrease the number there are three trails so that only demon rank talent can be chosen. First the cultivation and age this trail checks the contestant cultivation those who have not reached body soul realm cannot go to the next trail this trail already filters at least 500 contestants because the territory of the fairies has shrunken and there resources have also become less as the supplies are short but consumers are more. This made the current situation in which the younger generation has worsen day by day.
The second trail is dueling to see if their martial powers are making progress or not after all these young ones are gonna be the future of there race but it does not apply to those are born in the same generation or if there is a gap of between fifty years. This also makes sure that everybody gets a fair chance. A special treasure is used to suppress the cultivation bases of every one to there opponents in case there is a difference in bases, for example, a person is born after the fairy king's festival he waits for the next festival to participate and a person is born just before fifteen years the festival like King and Titan so it will be fair to them but the insights the realm of cultivation and the density of qi cannot compare to that of a lower base so it can't be completely fair of course there is no absolute fairness in this world. If they are in a life and death duel you can't be sure that your opponent will abide by the so-called fairness.
Third inheritance only the top ten from the 500 will get this chance in this the winner will get chosen by the Holy tree (the Holy tree Deldar chose to whom shall it bestow the power of kingship to control the gear as the gear is a part of it. It gives a gear every thousand years as the chosen cannot wield it competently so he comes to get the gear after he has reached the Earth realm the tree itself is a Divine treasure ).

King is in the peak of the soul realm and Titan is in the initial stage of soul realm. Titan can reach this realm is because her father is a great elder in the six great sects of the fairy realm which are under the Fairy King his position is very high and so is his cultivation being in earth spirit realm. He sends her and her brother and sister cultivation resources every month. Her father dotes on his children dearly especially Titan.

To pass this trail you have to reach the initial stage of soul realm at the age of at least 100 the second stage of the soul realm at age 200 and the third stage at 300, sixth stage at the age of 400 and must be at spirit forming at the age of 500. If your age is less than hundred than your cultivation should be in body tempering realm. In the later stages of cultivation is becomes more difficult
to broke through as resources become scared so the candidates must fight for them on there own this is also the reason why the fairy kingdom has degenerated into as such.

''The list is going to be displayed the first battle of arena one will be of Titan versus Zed second battle Barde vs sif third battle ..... next second arena fight shall be Areej versus Charlot, oh two girls of the same rank are going to fight it's gonna be interesting now, next third arena ..... seventh arena eight battle King vs fraul ''
king went forward congratulated her advance on her first win he knew that she would win her first battle. She wished king luck for his battle.
