Judy and Sue were about to leave Judy's apartment to go to the Knights', but Judy felt she must understand what exactly happened, and she wanted to clarify few things with Sue. As Judy understood Janet pretty much, she was afraid that the pure little Sue would be left without a penny.
"Before we go there, dear, I would like to ask you few things, if you don't mind? I don't want to sound pushy, but I need to know." Judy asked Sue while leaving the apartment.
Sue felt that Judy wanted to know more about what happened between her and Janet, so she said, "There are things I am not ready yet to talk about, if you don't mind, please."
Judy smiled to comfort Sue and said, "I don't want to know about your quarrel with Janet. At least not now; I may be of great help, though. My concern, for now, is your inheritance. You left the house, and as I noticed, you used your daily paycheck from your summer job. I guess you are left with no money?"
