Since morning, Rayan sent her messages, and she did not notice. His message said, “Hi, Sue. I don’t mind being your friend. I wish to free yourself at least five minutes to meet you today.”

After ten minutes, he sent another message, “Sue, I am sorry. In case I did something to you, and I have not noticed.”

Another message said, “I thought you too enjoyed your time with me. Or have not you?”

Sue went through all his messages, and all were about how nice their friendship was and how much Rayan enjoyed her company.

His messages drove Sue nuts, and she was frustrated even more. She hoped to know where their relationship would lead.

While reading Rayan’s old messages, she received a new message from him, “You saw me, Sue. I am outside. Let’s have lunch together today. What do you say?”

Sue did not answer; instead, she prepared herself to take her lunch break. She took her purse and told Judy, “I am going out for lunch today. See you”.
