Judy and Sue went out to a popular restaurant in the downtown. It was an old house for a famous chef who lived in the early twentieth century. After his death, his children turned his house into a restaurant to honor their father’s memory.
Sue used to eat out in this restaurant whenever Rayan was in town. Rayan loved the food here, and it was he who told Sue the story of this restaurant.
“Do you know why I love this place, Sue?” Rayan once asked Sue, while they were having their lunch, on Sue’s first training day.
“Because it is in an antique house, and the food is delicious, I guess,” Sue replied.
“Yea, it is a nice house and offers delicious food, that is true. But I love it because of Chef Joseph.” He said
“Joseph.” Sue said so and looked at the menu where the restaurant name was written on, “Joseph’s, this is the name of the place.”
