Roman's gaze narrowed, his eyes fixed on the house. "I thought you were the all-knowing oracle, the fount of wisdom." His voice was laced with sarcasm, a hint of disappointment. "You're a universe core, for crying out loud! You're supposed to have the answers, not more questions."
