Aside from his father's side, only his second and third uncles' lineages traced back to the South Pole Sea.

They all shared his grandfather's bloodline.

According to custom, the Northern King's residence belonged to Braydon; branch family descendants weren't typically permitted to enter. 

The rightful heir was Trevon Neal, or his descendants.
