"So, you are going to utilize the Kaio-ken to help free the Elder,- Kai?" Shin asked him as he Shin, Gine and Kibito walked together across the plain, Shiro nodded his head, "Yes, I know that you are stronger than me, and had tried to lift it yourself, but failed, but with the Kaioken, and my Super Saiyan transformation, I will reach a level of Strength that will help free the Z sword, then I will Shatter it and free the elder Kai..."
"What is the Kaio-ken?" Gine asked confused, Shiro smiled at her, "The Kaio-ken multiplies the users heart beat, to gain incredible strength, but it takes an incredible toll of the body..."
Shiro snorted, "During one of these meetings, held roughly 75 Million Before Age, they got into an argument over some trifling thing, the god of destruction had a short temper and sealed Old Kai away inside the Z Sword, he didn't destroy the planet as it would not have been proper for him to destroy the Sacred World of the Kai itself."
Though he did wonder why didn't he just seal king kai away instead of blowing up his planet...
"What is the Kaio-ken?" Gine asked confused, Shiro smiled at her.
"The Kaio-ken is a technique, thatmultiplies the users heart beat, to gain incredible strength, but it takes an incredible toll of the body..." Shiro explained, causing Gine's eyes to widen in horror,
"That is dangerous..." Shin warned him, "No matter how strong you are it could be disastrous to a mortals body...to a point of even death..."
Gine's eyes widened, and shiro smirked, "it's a good thing I am not mortal than huh..."
The Kaio-ken s a technique invented by King Kai; however, Goku is the only person ever to use it successfully. It is a technique that multiplies the user's ki for a "heartbeat" - thus increasing their power and speed and enabling them to inflict serious damage to opponents who are considerably stronger than them. However, the downside of the Kaio-ken is that it takes a heavy toll on the user's body, making them more vulnerable to enemy attacks. While in the state, the user's aura color becomes crimson. The technique requires the use of ki control to handle it properly.
it's funny how much it is easily misunderstood as a transformation...
"So, you are immortal?" Shin asked with a raised brow, the look on Kibito's face was priceless, "Yes I am..." Shiro nodded, "Though the pain will still be great...it will be something I can endure..."
"I respect that.." Shin nodded his head, "While it is shocking that you are an immortal, it is welcomed.. You and your companion...is she immortal too?"
""No not yet.." Shiro said with a small smile, "But maybe in the future she will be..."
Gine gave Shiro a look, Shiro grinned at her...
"I see..." Shin smiled, "Very well then , when do we start?"
