Shiro's eyes widened as he was suddenly forced to the ground, "Ugh, damn," it makes sense because Goku's powerlevel was at 150K when he was training at 100 times gravity, and with Shiro's own power level at 100,000 he should be struggling right now

After struggling for a good amount of moments, Shiro began to slowly get to his feet, now though, he was in a crouch position, and was breathing hard.
