Chapter 31: Chapter 30
Ash was on the ground, the space between the divan and the wall was very little and his shoulders were squeezed tight, Maya was lying over him, and they were both completely naked. Ash had only a few seconds to feel all her skin touching him, her soft boobs pressed in his chest, and his hands on her ass, when the voice of the person who had entered distracted him.
"Did you leave the lights on?" asked a man, whose voice he didn't recognize, but Maya did because she pushed him to rise a little and sneak a peek.
"No, maybe, I was in a hurry," answered another man's voice.
"So, how are we along?" asked the first man.
"Not far, it will be completed soon, and then we can go ahead with the plan, Captain Gurg will be happy with us," replied the man.
"But is it right to do what we are doing?" asked the first man.
"Yes, the citizens will be safe, captain said so himself, and something was bound to happen, it's better we are part of it and can take advantage, if not us it would have been someone else, think about your family too," said the other man.
"I am thinking about them, that's why I am so worried," he said.
"How is Sana and Gia?" he asked.
"They are fine, Gia is all grown up now, ready to be like her father," he replied.
"Come on, just go to your family now, your work is done, I'll handle the rest," he said calming his friend. After some time they heard one of them leave. Ash had no idea squeezed from everywhere and was too flustered by all the skin that what was happening, but Maya seemed to have made up her mind, because the next moment she jumped out from behind the divan, and he heard the shout of the man falling and then it stopped quickly. Ash hurried and got up too, coming out to see what was happening. Maya had the guy on the floor on his back with a knife at his throat, and holding his mouth shut with the other hand, without a care for clothes. He swore got out from behind the divan and shut the door close.
"You know who I am and You know that you are fucked now, so don't even dare to make a noise and shout for help," hissed Maya and removed her hand. The elf was in complete shock to find one naked dark elf on him and a naked human appearing out of nowhere. His eyes darted from one to the other thinking hard.
"Now, tell me what you guys were talking about or I'll start removing your fingers," hissed Maya.
"They'll hang you, bitch, I am a high-ranked official under Captain Silv," he spat.
"We both heard you guys conspirating about some hidden plan, they won't mind me taking some fingers off," said Maya.
"They are not going to believe, a dark elf slut, who fucks around with humans, and I think you have more to lose if they found out what you were doing here, especially your father," he said.
She slapped him across the face, leaving a gash on his cheek.
"Don't talk about my father, you are right, it would be an unnecessary hassle taking you in front of others, I'll just make you disappear, they'll think some goblin got you, and nobody will care about a missing elf in the time of war," she threatened.
"I have friends," he said, now he had a little fear in his eyes.
"With families from what I heard, which they have to worry about surely more than your stupid ass, so are you going to start talking now?" she asked.
He grunted and tried to free himself, but Maya stuck a knife in his leg to make him stop.
"Fine I'll talk, but don't think about messing with the plan, you don't want to get on the wrong side of Gurg, you might not know this but you are all already under his command, you have no idea of his power," he warned.
"Yeah, we'll deal with him later, now tell us this brilliant plan of yours," said Maya.
"It's a tunnel out of the city, we plan to let the goblins attack the city and take the civilians out about ten miles away from here, we'll be far enough that even if they realize immediately they are gone they won't be able to find them in time, see it's just to protect the people," he said.
"And all the soldiers will stay above protecting an empty city, I bet he plans to use Silv and Akash's men for that and his forces to see the people out since he was the one who came up with it, so that they'll all die in the war, and weaken the other houses, how long have you been digging this tunnel, it can't be just today with its length," asked Maya.
"We have been digging constantly using magic and giant moles, for a week now, when Captain Gurg would arrive he would say that the tunnel was always there built many decades ago and he just remembered it," he said.
"Jeez, this conspiracy goes deep, I bet he found out about the goblin forces already and then came up with this idea," hissed Maya.
"Now let me go," the man began to squirm, Maya hit him on the top of the head with the back of her dagger and he fell unconscious.
"Stay here, I'll first take care of him," she said picking up the man on her shoulders pretty easily, magic must be involved.
"Wait, are you going to kill him?" he asked.
"No, though I should, I'll just find a deep hole to throw him in," she said and headed for the door.
"Don't forget your clothes," he said.
"Oh yeah, thanks, damn, we got disturbed at the worst moment didn't we, but this needs to be dealt with, we'll continue later," she said and left.
Ash was left alone standing in the room naked when the ground beneath his feet vanished and fell through on the other side.
"All right let's get, why the hell are you naked?" came the voice of Sasha from the other side.
