Chapter 48: Chapter 48: A Monstee

Lucien beamed as he stared at Annabelle and his little son, sleeping calmly. His lips widened when Annabelle make a sound from her sleep.

"I love you, Lucius," She said in her sleep hugging her son closer to her unconscious. These days has been his happiest moment, despite being chased by Prince George's men.

Annabelle doesn't treat him different, but she isn't as cold to him as before and she cherish their son more than anything.

However, he still found happiness, maybe what happened to him was a blessing in disguise.

But, this happiness can't go on forever. He has already given maverick his response and a decision has already been made.

If he wants to survive, he has to eliminate Simon but it won't be easy. To get rid of him, a trap must be made.

But the Simon he knows won't walk willingly to a trap unless it involves her.
