Chapter 200: Smart in a cunning way

A chuckle escaped Damien's mouth and he continued, "Everyone knows what the matter is." The way he stressed his words infuriated Matilda. His accusing gaze at her was something that angered her more.

"I do not think Prince Damien is the right person to tell me what I should do or what I should not. He is forgetting he is in Gavaria," Matilda asserted.

"Should I be terrified with the threat I just got?" Damien questioned her. "I never thought Princess Matilda would be angry to the extent to harm me," he muttered. She saw his lips curling up into a smile.

Lady Bimson looked tense because of their conversation with each other. Though, she admired Damien for how vocal he was unlike the others, who would stay quiet because of fear.

"Since Prince Damien has nothing to say, then he can leave," Matilda stated and smiled at him. Her signature act was to keep a smile on her face no matter to what extent the opposite person try to provoke her.
