Édouard kept instructing Charlotte about the foot movements. Because his instructions were clear she didn't find it difficult to dance with him. Her fear of stepping on his shoes was reduced.
Édouard twirled her before tugging her close to him. Their faces came dangerously close to each other.
"I always imagined us this way," Édouard whispered as they moved back and forth.
"Yet you never tried to talk to me. You always looked at me with that cold gaze," Charlotte asserted.
"I thought you would hate me if I talked to you. Our first meeting was not good either," Édouard stated.
"You made me think that way about you. Don't blame me. You made me stuck for many days," Charlotte muttered and he again twirled her. He ducked her back gently before making her stand straight.
"You love to argue with me at any time, any place," Édouard said.
