MI-YO YOU WILL ALWAYS BE FAMOUS

Under the Weet was a clip of their KBS performance. It was a Mi Yong fancam at the very end of the song, where Mi Yong had harmonized well with Joon-woo's high notes and Jung Hyun-Ok.

The video below was of Joon-woo absolutely belting notes out like a factory worker. Was everyone under the assumption he was an actual student?

There was an odd and unfamiliar numbness to Ha-rin's body.

She had felt numb before, after working her body too much or skipping too many meals. This was different. Her head was as clear as could be, her body only carried its usual fatigue, but it was her emotions that felt numbed out.

She felt violated. She felt as if her body wasn't hers. She felt as if every step she took was in the control of someone else. She felt as if she was dragging a trail of baggage with every passing moment.

She brush teeth and held the LED teeth whitening thing to her mouth as she did every morning. She skipped breakfast and opted for some black coffee as she did every morning. She made sure to leave some for her still sleeping bandmates. She popped dietary supplements like no other. Vitamin D, C, whatever ones she wasn't eating through food. She took two appetite suppressants and two calcium.

She did everything as usual but couldn't find it in herself to feel that way.

When she closed her eyes, she reminisced of hands traveling her protesting body. She reminisced of the groping and the sounds of her screams. She didn't want to ever close her eyes again. When she felt an itch on her skin she wanted to scratch it out until her skin bled. She wanted to be numb to the feeling of the couch cushions, the coffee mug, the bathroom door knob. She wanted to feel nothing.

Ha-rin peered up to the small television hung on the mantle of their dorm. The black screen reflected a slightly distorted image of herself. She hated who looked back at her.

Joon-woo awoke with sweat dripping down every part of him. He saw a white popcorn ceiling with some water stains. He saw the top corner of a mostly empty closet. He saw the top of a chipped white door. Joon-woo was at the dorm.

He grounded himself mindlessly, he thought. Mindlessly.

Today was a new day. Yesterday they had their debut showcase and a photoshoot and many collaboration ticktock's and– then they slept. Today was a new day.

"Good morning, cutie." A familiar voice spoke.

Carre.

Joon-woo sighed, suppressing his surprise.

"Welcome back to Earth." He joked with exhaustion, lacing his tone. "Where's Kite?"

Carre, who had been sitting in a loaf, stood and walked away. "In the other room, sadly."

"Sadly?"

Carre nodded, "Newbie's are always annoying to work with, you know it." She hummed.

Joon-woo shrugged. The rookies of ASCEND weren't annoying perse, perhaps Baek Du-Ho got on his nerves sometimes?

Carre curled up at the very end of Joon-woo's bed and closed her eyes.

"Good night." Joon-woo scoffed, the morning sun blazing through his window.

"Joon-ah! I pulled you!" Reggie cheered, pulling a photocard of Joon-woo out of a plastic-wrapped booklet.

The photocard was of Joon-woo in circular-lensed glasses and his blond curled hair. It was taken up close and at a lower angle. Now, due to the fact curly hair was hard to maintain with their schedule, his hair was no longer curled but just blond.

They were doing album unboxing videos and recording in duos. Baek Du-Ho and Ryeo Hyun, Mi Yong and Jung Hyun-Ok, and to nobody's surprise– Reggie and Joon-woo.

Joon-woo looked at his own photocard with interest. They had submitted photocard photos a few weeks ago now, and that was one of the photos he expected them to use. The more obscure photos were usually used for POBs or fansign photocards.

"What poster did you get?" Joon-woo asked as he began to open his own album.

Reggie held up a four-way folded poster and opened it so it was facing the camera.

"Flights, who did I get?" Reggie asked as he slowly turned the poster around to face himself.

It was also Joon-woo.

Reggie smiled wide, and Joon-woo couldn't tell if it was part of their act or a genuine joy. "I got double of you, Joon-ah!"

Joon-woo nodded, looking at the poster with a frown.

"Ahh, they used that photo." He commented dryly. It was a photo of Joon-woo sitting ominously atop steps highly elevated in the air. He still had the curly hair in that photo, but with no glasses.

"I'm gonna hang this on my wall." Reggie announced boldly.

Joon-woo shook his head. "Don't do that, Hyung…" He playfully groaned at Reggie's insistence

Reggie pursed his lips and looked away, signaling to the camera away from Joon-woo's view that he would in fact be hanging the poster up.

"Open your album now, Joon-ah. I need to see if you also pulled me." Reggie hummed, looming too close over Joon-woo's shoulder.

Joon-woo almost shuddered at the close contact, his wounds as Ha-rin slightly opened from his dream this morning. But he stopped himself, and instead opened his photobook.

The photocard slipped out due to his carelessness and surprise-surprise, Reggie's photocard was revealed.

Reggie picked up his own photocard before Joon-woo got to grab it and he held it up proudly.

Joon-woo frowned and tried to reach for it. "Give me the photocard back…" He complained.

Reggie shook his head, "Look, Flights, we got each other's cards!" He said, bringing his arm higher so Joon-woo couldn't reach it. "Now we have to get the keychains where you can put photocards in so we can carry eachother's cards around." He stated proudly.

Joon-woo was embarrassed. Wasn't Reggie playing too much into their business gay performance?
